Alison Tye

As Sales & Client Relations Associate at SHIFT, Alison is passionate about creating a welcoming, personalized experience for prospective and current members. She enjoys building relationships, understanding individual needs, and helping people navigate the SHIFT experience.

Alison earned her degree in Physical Education Teacher Education from Illinois State University's School of Kinesiology. Before joining SHIFT, she performed professionally as a circus artist in cities across the country. Her background in circus arts and acrobatics fostered a deep appreciation for health and wellness and taught her firsthand the importance of prioritizing physical and mental well-being to perform at your best. That experience continues to shape her proactive approach to fitness, nutrition, and overall health.

Outside of SHIFT, Alison enjoys exploring new workout classes and discovering local restaurants and coffee shops. She loves spending time with her husband and their cat, Beans, and values any opportunity to be with family – whether for a game night or cheering on their favorite teams.
