She is dedicated to delivering organized, compassionate, and patient-centered support, bringing a warm and approachable presence to every interaction. She is committed to creating a seamless experience for both Members and providers while ensuring every detail of care is thoughtfully coordinated.

Irma brings extensive experience in healthcare administration, clinical operations, and care coordination across family medicine, public health, and outpatient healthcare settings. Her background includes supporting multidisciplinary care teams, coordinating patient services, and contributing to quality improvement and community health initiatives. She is also certified in phlebotomy and vaccine storage and handling.

Outside of SHIFT, Irma enjoys spending time with her family, exploring Chicago's diverse restaurant scene, and discovering local events throughout the city. She values building meaningful connections and brings the same spirit of care, kindness, and dedication to both her personal and professional life.
