Jamie Tountas, RN, BSN

Jamie Tountas is an experienced healthcare operations leader with more than 20 years of experience spanning emergency medicine, clinical operations, mobile healthcare delivery, and concierge medical services. Her unique combination of frontline clinical expertise and executive leadership has positioned her as a respected innovator in modern healthcare delivery.

Driven by a passion for accessible, patient-centered care, Jamie founded MobileNurse, a concierge-style healthcare service focused on bringing medical care directly to patients in their homes. She later served in executive leadership roles with MobileVAX and Community Health Alliance, overseeing large-scale healthcare operations, mobile care programs, and public health initiatives in partnership with local and state health departments.

As Director of Clinical Operations at SHIFT, Jamie focuses on enhancing the member experience, optimizing clinical workflows, and supporting the delivery of personalized, high-touch healthcare services. Her leadership combines innovation, operational excellence, and compassionate care to help shape the future of healthcare delivery at SHIFT.

Jamie lives in Old Town with her yellow Labrador Retriever, Athena. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and making the most of Chicago summers. She loves exploring the city with Athena and is a regular at SoulCycle classes.
