As a Member Services & Sales Associate, Soley ensures a positive experience for SHIFT's Members while also managing a variety of administrative duties.
Soley attended the University of Michigan and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Quantitative Methods in Social Sciences. Prior to joining SHIFT, she worked with adults with developmental disabilities, focusing on elevating their quality of life through personalized support and advocacy. She carries forward that dedication in her role at SHIFT, contributing to a consistently outstanding healthcare experience for every Member.
In her free time, Soley enjoys racquetball, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.
